Good2Talk can support students through a wide range of issues that may be impacting their mental health and well-being, including depression, anxiety, substance use, academic stress, personal or family relationships, loneliness, identity, financial concerns and other challenges. 

Student Wellness Services (SWS) supports the personal, academic, and social health development of undergraduate and graduate students at Queen’s University by providing a range of programs and services.

KFL&A Public Health is a local public health agency with over 200 staff and 150 volunteers who deliver public health programs and services to the people of the KFL&A area. The underlying goal of its services and programs-from immunization, nutritious eating, food safety, raising healthy babies and children, sexual health, tobacco use reduction, and many other public health areas-is to promote and protect the health of the more than 209,000 residents of the Kingston, Frontenac and Lennox & Addington area.

Kingston Community Health Centres offers a wide range of programs and services, and has been building relationships, providing care, and offering support in our community for almost 40 years.

As a health organization, AMHS-KFLA provides responsive, high-quality, community-based addiction and mental health services that empower individuals with severe, persistent challenges to become well and achieve their full potential. Our work is accomplished in collaboration with many networks of service providers.
