Movember DodgeBall Tournament


Event Description
To help raise money for Movember, we have partnered with Jack.org, Step Above Stigma, Project Happiness, and Queen’s for the Boys to host this years’ dodgeball tournament! Teams will consist of 8-10 members and special prizes will be awarded to the top three teams! Fun activities will also be played in between matches so don’t miss your chance to miss out!

Run Your Heart Out
Event Description
“Run Your Heart Out” is a 5K fundraising and awareness run in support of the Heart and Stroke Foundation, a Canadian non-profit organization dedicated to improving outcomes for those affected by heart disease and stroke through research, prevention, and patient care. Founded in 1952 and supported by over 250,000 volunteers, the foundation is the second-largest financial contributor to cardiovascular research in Canada. This event aligns with the foundation’s mission to promote health, save lives, and enhance recovery, while reflecting its core values of health promotion, humility, embracing change, driving impact, and continuous learning. All funds raised from the 5K run directly support life-saving research and health programs across the country.
